David has also served on the Boards of Doctors Medical Foundation and the Ceres Chamber of Commerce. Mr. McCoy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Stanislaus. His practice focuses on business consulting and taxation with emphases in construction, health care, real estate and agriculture.
